Electronic Hook Switches (EHS) communicate electronically with your phone giving your wireless headset answer/end and ring alerts remotely. The use of an EHS cable eliminates the need for an HSL10 mechanical handset lifter.

Connects the DW Pro Wireless Range of headsets (DW10, DW20 & DW30) to the avaya phones (1600 Series and 9600 Series). This includes the following models:

  • Avaya 1608
  • Avaya 1616
  • Avaya 9620
  • Avaya 9630
  • Avaya 9640
  • Avaya 9650
  • Avaya 9670
